With 10 years of experience in salsa on2, Pavle combines his passion for dance with expertise in learning design. As a certified Learning Experience Designer (LXD), he has collaborated with leading experts to study motor pattern learning and dance training methodologies, bringing evidence-based teaching approaches to his students.

Timothé, also known as Mr. White, is a Paris-based salsa dancer with a strong background in mambo and Latin dance culture. First trained in Paris by Mouaze Konaté, he continued his training internationally with renowned instructors, and spent time in Mexico which deeply shaped his style. He performed as part of the duo Black and White Mambo across many countries, and later created and led his own team, Mambo All Stars. Today he teaches and performs in Paris, sharing both the technical and cultural sides of salsa.
Researched the history of salsa for many years and interviewed historical legends from the scene like Roly Maden. Wrote a book on the history of mambo and Latin dances.
Deeply rooted in mambo with a touch of fusion and personal interpretation. Trained in Paris and Mexico, performed worldwide with Black and White Mambo, and led his own team Mambo All Stars.
